A PHILOSOPHY IS RESULT
A teaching philosophy for me is a big title to talk about, and i feel it has only one meaning which is simply," What you teach and how you teach, beside what how your students interact with you", and if this is interaction moves in way you and your students are glad and stepping forward in a cooperative, calm climate, where every single student is feeling safe, then in this case Ill call it a teaching philosophy.
Each teacher has his unique way of learning, and each apply it on his most preferred way, and its success depends on how much the students respond to in and in what way? A cheerful student, or a bored student who feels that he need to neglect all your actions and whatever your trying apply. Thus a great students should be wise enough to know each student way of thinking, background, and his interests. This step is the key to implement your teaching strategies in a manner of avoiding any negative reactions from students.
They way you handle the class climate and implement your objectives, and after knowing your students depends on how smart you are to apply it in a way that is parallel with your students interests, so your philosophy depends on the strategy you use in class depending on students needs, in which this philosophy defers from a class to another, society to another, and a teacher to another too. But all of this is a result of how confident the teacher about how he teach and how much he was accurate in engaging with students in a safe way, and how much he investigated to build a pillars to apply this climate.
Thus the teaching philosophy, is the result of what a teacher apply, and how students reflects, simply as cooking where when ever you know your ingredients you'll be able use it in the most successive way to end with a great recipe as long as you have the good chef skills.
